DESCRIPTION/ DEFINITION

Film (thinner) version of Polycarbonate Sheet. Noted for its clarity, stability, heat resistance and impact strength, Polycarbonate is usually sub-surface printed to protect the image from scratches and chemicals.

A strong material that will generally not shrink or tear easily. Polyester will not conform to irregular surfaces. Possesses a sheen not found in vinyl.

Light diffracting, silver metallic film available in several holographic patterns. A strong material that will generally not shrink or tear easily. Polyester will not conform to irregular surfaces.

Polyester film with a unique adhesive system. Once printed and applied, the word "VOID" appears on both the applied surface and the decal when removed. The removed decal cannot be reapplied.

CHARACTERISTICS

Excellent chemical, abrasion, and stain resistance.

Highest heat resistance of film materials. Dimensionally stable (no shrinking or stretching.) Chemical and abrasion resistant when sub-surface printed.

Unique appearance / eye-catching; also very effective when reverse printed (background printed w/ a dark color) allowing Holographic patterns to show through as text or images.

Dimensionally stable (no shrinking or stretching.) Not suitable for barcodes due to mirror-like chrome silver finish. Polyester will not conform to irregular surfaces.

Film is produced without adhesive; virtually any adhesive can be applied to this material.

Used for "sealing" products for warranty and service applications.

Material is clear and can be printed any color. Available in gloss (smooth) and matte (velvet) finishes.

In addition to clear and white, metallic finishes (silver, brushed silver, gold, and brushed gold) are available. Additional colors printed.

Metallic silver with holographic patterns. Can be printed with solid or transparent colors. Transparent colors allow holographic patterns to show through printing.
